OPENING HOURS

WIEN MITTE The Mall is closed between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and open for you at all other times.

GIFT CARD

The center itself has no publicly accessible sockets but some restaurants like McDonald’s or the Rauch Juice Bar offer you the opportunity to plug in your mobile device.

There is no general WLAN in WIEN MITTE The Mall but some shops and restaurants offer free access to the internet.

If you find something in the center you can place it anonymously in the Fundbox (the lost and found box) which is located opposite the Police Post at Level 0. You can enquire about lost items both there or at the Centerinformation. If you have still had no luck you should contact the Lost Property Office at Siebenbrunnenfeldgasse 3, 1050 Vienna, telephone +43 (0)1 4000 8091.

There are several cash machine points located around the shopping center: one on Level 1 next to Swarovski and four on Level 0 – at Bank Austria, at Erste Bank, between the lifts to car park A and Tom & Mike and outside the building between Max & Benito and Fat Monk. If you need bank services you can got to the Erste Bank.

Yes, the Tabak Trafik Bigl is located just outside the Landstraßer Hauptstraße exit next to Pasta & Café.

On the ground level we have a florist (Blumenstand – Wien Mitte). INTERSPAR usually offers flowers too. And there are further shops where you can buy flower on Landstraßer Hauptstraße.

The nearest pharmacy (Apotheke zur Hl. Elisabeth in Wien Mitte) is located on Landstraßer Hauptstraße. You can find it by leaving the centre through the Landstraßer Hauptstraße exit and turning left.

The nearest post office can be found at Rochusplatz 1. It is close to Rochusgasse Station on the U3 underground line.

You can make photos on your own at the ProntoPhot photo booth right inside MediaMarkt on Level 2.

You can securely store your shopping or luggage in the ÖBB lockers, which are located in the external area opposite the entrance to the U3 underground line next to Türkis.

The nearest stop for the hop-on, hop-off buses is right next to the Hotel Hilton Vienna. Leave The Mall through the main entrance on Landstraßer Hauptstraße and turn right towards Stadtpark and Ringstraße.

The Information Office of Wiener Linien is located in the external area. Leave The Mall through the main entrance Landstraßer Hauptstraße and turn right immediately towards the underground.

You can buy the Vienna City Card at Wiener Linien. The office is right next to the entrance to the U4 underground line.

The city office of SIXT Car Rental can be found in the Hotel Hilton Vienna, directly opposite WIEN MITTE The Mall.

The Vienna International Bus Terminal is located at Erdbergstraße 200A, nearby the Erdberg Station on the U3 underground line. Visit vib-wien.at for more information.

The nearest taxi ranks are located right next to the exits to Marxergasse and to Landstraßer Hauptstraße only a few steps away in front of the Hotel Hilton Vienna.

You can redeem your tax-free refund at, for example, Steffl at Kärntner Straße 19 (5th floor) or at the ÖAMTC on Schubertring.

The closest Tourist Information Office is located on Albertinaplatz which you can reach either on the U4 underground line (Karlsplatz Station) or by foot in about 20 minutes. Your walk will already give you a first impression of some of Central Vienna’s splendid architecture.

The City Airport Train CAT transports you in 16 minutes nonstop from WIEN MITTE The Mall to the airport. You can find the terminal inside the shopping center on Level 0. As an alternative you can also take the S7 from Wien Mitte Station.

Vienna is full of great sights: Stephansdom, Hofburg, Prater, Schloss Schönbrunn and many more. One of them, the Wiener Ringstraße, is only a few steps away from WIEN MITTE The Mall. For more information please contact the nearest tourist information office on Albertinaplatz. You can either take the U4 to Karlsplatz Station or walk in around 20 minutes through the beautiful Stadtpark with its golden Johann Strauß Monument and the lovely Ringstraße.

The U3 underground line will take you to Stephansplatz Station in just a few minutes. If you prefer to take a stroll and experience the flair of the city center leave WIEN MITTE The Mall via the Landstraßer Hauptstraße exit and turn right. After a few minutes you can cross the Ringstraße and continue up Wollzeile. When you turn left at the end of this street into Rotenturmstraße you will have almost reached Stephansplatz.

You can withdraw or change money at either Erste Bank or Bank Austria, both of which are located on Level 0 of WIEN MITTE The Mall. Besides a lot of banks in the city there is also a Bureau de Change on Stephansplatz which you can reach directly on the U3 underground line.
