ATM
Do you need cash? There are several cash machine points located around the shopping center: one on Level 1 next to Swarovski and four on Level 0 – at Bank Austria, at Erste Bank, between the lifts to car park A and Tom & Mike and outside the building between Max & Benito and Fat Monk.
Baby-care room
If you need a retreat for your little darling you can find our new and spacious baby-care room, including a microwave oven, on Level 0, right next to the CAT terminal.
Barrier-free Toilets
The newly renovated, barrier-free toilets can be found on Levels 0, 1 and 2. For further information have a look at our mall map.
Car park
Access our garage with 470 parking spaces and 10 charging stations powered by Wien Energie via Gigergasse or Ditscheinergasse. Night entrance (from 1:00 am to 5:00 am) is located at Invalidenstraße 2. In case of emergency please call +43 664 815 59 68.

Per hour or part thereof: € 3.70
From 5:00 pm to 1:00 am: € 2.50/h
Weekends (Friday 5.00 pm to Monday 7.00 am): € 2,50/h
Daily maximum (starting from hour 10): € 37,00
EV charging station
At parking deck 5 we offer 10 electric vehicle charging stations with 11 kilowatts serviced by Wien Energie. So you can recharge your environmentally-friendly car while shopping at WIEN MITTE The Mall.
First Aid
In an emergency contact Center Information by dialling +43 (1) 890 72 51. They will notify an ambulance and make sure that specially trained staff members will provide first aid. For this purpose there is also a defibrillator at the shopping center. Of course you can also ask other visitors for help.
Gift Card
The WIEN MITTE The Mall gift card is the perfect present for any occasion. It can be used in all shops and restaurants that accept Maestro cards. Get your card at the Center Information or order it online.
Kids Playground
The Obstgarten playground on Level 2 offer children from 2 to 6 years of age a welcome change and enjoyable distraction from the shopping trip. It is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Use is free.
Lock and Key service & shoe repair
Creative Copy on Level 0 offers shoe repair service as well as lock and key service and also emergency locksmith service. Further more you can get printings, e.g. of business cards, stationery, posters or signs.
Lost property box
Should you lose something please contact the police station on Level 0. Should you find lost property in The Mall you can leave it in the Lost Property Box anonymously. The box is located opposite the police station. Of course you can also ask the Center Information for help.
ÖBB lockers
Tired of carrying around all your bags? Keep your shopping safe in the ÖBB lockers found in the external area on Level 0 opposite the U3 entrance next to Türkis. More information about the lockers and the cost you can find here.
Photo booth
If you need passport pictures, portraits or else there is a photo booth by Prontophot inside Media Markt on Level 2.
Taxi
The closest taxi ranks are located next to the exits to Marxergasse and to Landstraßer Hauptstraße only a few steps away in front of the Hotel Hilton Vienna.
